READ BEFORE POST! Port Forwarding Not Working with my D-Link-DIR-615!

Okay. I fallowed Ephialtes' tutorial. I did every thing in the Port forwarding site. I also turned off my firewall. And it is still not working. Here are my settings I used for the Port Forwarding

I was suppose to upload the pic on a web site. Then to the image thing xD. I was being a bit stupid there. :/ Some how 28000-28030 is not working for the TCP and the UDP for me. :(

you might have to activate the ports?
