Control Problems

I reinstalled Blockland on my new computer (laptop, OS=Windows Vista), and now when I play the game I have some troubles. When I move my mouse, click a key, click a mouse button, scroll the wheel, or move, i look 2 inches farther up, and when I try to look down, I keep looking up. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it? I tried resetting to default, i tried decreasing my mouse sensitivity, nothing helps... maybe it is an OS problem?

Go to Options -> Controls, and on the left, uncheck Invert Mouse.

Not just that, any direction or button i push makes me look up
