Obliterating the Ground in Sector X

I've seen this done in other servers, how do I Obliterate the ground because I'm making A space thingy, oh and if possible can i change the gravitational pull in the game? (meaning can i do something with the gravity like how you change the time scale???

For obliterating the ground, yes. Gravity, I dont know, ask someone who can script like Space Guy or AGlassOfMilk.
