Port forwarding problem

I think i MAY have figured out the problem. The tutorial doesn't say which IP to put in, so....... which IP should I put in?

Solved! (with little help!) I had to make sure the IP for port forwarding, and the IP I connected to matched. I used ---.---.---.45 for both. I also didn't allow blockland through PC-cillin firewall correctly. I had exeption only on TCP, so i changed it to TCP/UDP. It took me 2 years or more to solve this! You'd have no idea.
