Someone fix up this add-on for me?

Hi, Evar678 here, i need help making a snowboard.
I made the model, but i need someone to fix up the scripting for me please.

Then fix it up, upload it to an uploading service [mediafire or megaupload reccomended] then post the link here!
if you fix it up, ill only take credit for modeling, all other credit will go to the person who fixed it up for me.

I presume the scripting is messed up, because in the box in which to enable add ons, it appears there, but not in the items list, please fix for me.
