Goto your add-ons folder, and find something that says "gui_crosshair_old" and delete that. now see if it works.

Did you download a custom crosshair? Is there a keybind for switching them? If so, just press it again. I have a custom crosshair.

its OK guys, i solved myself. i was browsing my mod manager, (RTB) and i went into "Old Crosshair" i read some comments, and it said: "wtf? now theres no crosshair at all! uninstalling.". i went to my add-ons and deleted that add-on. now its back! =D cookies for the people who tried to help!
