Author Topic: IP properties configuration program?  (Read 830 times)

Well, this school year, I'm going to a new school in which bringing your laptop is required. Since I do a lot of hosting for various games, I've obviously port forwarded my internet and configured my static IP. But, the problem is, I can't leave those settings on when I go to school, since that IP has a 95% chance of already being in use on their network.

Are there any programs that can do this automatically, with the click of a button? Basically, I'm looking for something that can save my settings and toggle it on and off with only a few clicks. It gets rather annoying to have to go type everything in (even though I've memorized them by now), and sometimes I forget.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's this window (before and after):

You're useless Cca.  :cookieMonster:

I'm not too sure, and doesn't this belong in help?

No, it doesn't directly pertain to Blockland.

make a script, i'm sure you can look up the appropriate commands

How about change your static IP for and reforward your ports?

Hey tay, you still play RTB?

How about change your static IP for and reforward your ports?

Because there's no way for me to tell what free IPs there are on the school's network.

I'm sure you can get some sort of network connection emulator and then disable/enable them on the fly.

Or you can learn to configure your router to assign static LAN ips based on your MAC address which is what I do.
