This guy however, i hate him, so he starts trying to Insult me and paradox, Then he Says just before he leaves, he has SA in 90% of the servers, and threatens to ban me from all of em

Slow down time = Moar time for Torque to calculate things (Namely the bunch of people exploding on the landmines) = Less Jerky Gameplay

And I'd rather have slowed down than fully jerky and laggy gameplay.

Chances are, the thing about having admin at 90% of the servers is a lie, and second of all, just ignore him.
