Another not readed comment. I say several times I mean the Console Log, not a game. And I had it before on v11-13.

it takes arround 5 min for me first time, with me being a packrat, 2nd time and all times after i loaded it since i turned off my computer, it takes arround 1 min

Make sure nothing is running in the background like virus scans or automatic updates.

Apparently you don't read comments. They've already told you, the console takes so long because it's checking add-ons.
