Author Topic: Forwarded ports, still dead.  (Read 673 times)

I use an AT&T modem/router, which ever it is. I followed this tutorial

http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/2wire/3800HGV-B/Blockland.htm

But it left out exactly how to fill out the form. Here is a screen of the form, I need to know what to put for the marked places.

Hehe, I have that same router :3
But I forwarded my ports a long time ago, so I dunno how to do it anymore lol.

Oh, and for the application box, just leave it blank.
Off topic: modify button vanished!

Ok, I didnt leave it blank so that may be it.

And yes, I know, I cant edit my stuffty spelling anymore  :cookieMonster:

Alright that didn't work either, still dead. I'm pretty sure I have to add something to those lines. I added the 28000 and 28030 for the ports but the other lines I dont know

Do it 2 times, one for UDP and one for TCP.

Additionally you could try ports under 10 000.
Don't forget to change your port in BL server host settings in that case.

Ok how would I go about doing that? I get the UDP and TCP thing, but change my port in BL server host settings, I need a bit mroe detail on that since none of the tutorials said anything about that.

In the start menu, hit Advanced config.  Then at the very top, type in 28032 where it says port.

I thought the ports were 28000 to 28030

I thought the ports were 28000 to 28030
It's to 28032.

Well, it really doesn't make much of a difference, but try that.

Doesnt work either.

If you could look at the form and tell me what to put in all of those places, maybe I could see what I did wrong.
