Simple solution:
Stop worrying about it and just stick it in C:\Blockland.
I personally don't worry about it, but UAC is notorious for causing problems like this, and it would be nice to give players who are setting themselves up for this problem some heads up on this issue.
Also, if you read my post above that one, you'll see that I already disabled UAC and cannot have this problem.
