Server help not working

I port forwarded, i followed the instructions but still no one comes cuz my server dead what is the problem

i changed it to 192.168.1.45 if thats what you mean.

Well, if it's not working...

Go back to your connection settings. Change the IP address to the same as the default gateway, but make the last number different. Go back to the port forwarding screen and forward to that IP. If it shows up dead for people, obviously 192.168.1.45 is not on the same network as you and therefore it won't really work.

ok now i got into the settings but i can't host the server for some reason
