Author Topic: Starting A Dedicated Server Enables All Add-ons  (Read 538 times)

No clue why, but it's been a recent thing.  Console is attached.

Host a normal server with the add-ons you want enabled first.

then when you use the dedicated.bat are you at the main menue? if not you should be..

I have the same problem

I could just be an idiot, but could "ERROR: Posting to rtb server (no user set for dedicated server)" mean that it doesn't detect you as the host and therefor doesn't care what add-ons you enabled.

Also, a complicated fix. Make a second add-ons folder in desktop, place all add-ons you don't want used in there. Then just move them around from folder to folder.

I was thinking about using another copy on my flashdrive to host dedis, but my flashdrive likes to disconnect istself from time to time.  I don't think RTB has anything to do with it, but I'll try disabling it and see what happens.
