how do i work FRAPS for movies

ok i Downloaded the FRAPS Demo but i dont know how to work it i press f9 and then some numbers come up on screen and then i press the f10 button and then their is a box around numbers plz help i am gonna make movies and i need to know how to work it

F10 takes pictures. F9 records movies. The demo will only record up to 30 seconds or until you press F9 again. Whenever the yellow numbers in the corner are red it means its recording.

I suggest you have a good computer for recording, not only because recording a film takes up a considerable amount of RAM but no one likes watching movies in low-quality settings.

A 3 minute video normally takes up 6 gigs for me.
