OK i recently bought RF, and my XPS computer didn't like it, so started using it on my Old dell. Seems to start up fine after i deleted .Bik files, the intro videos didn't like the .exe so i deleted them to load it. I lowered my setting to low, even thought the fact that my video card is a ATI Radeon X1650. I started a new game then the weird thing is, when i started a new game it just freezes as a black screen. The minimum requirements are CPU 2.0 GHZ= yes, i have 2.3GHZ Intel Pentium 4. 1GB ram= yes, i have 2GB. DX9 video card= yes, X9 ATI X1650. I'm thinking the problem is my Pentium, but the fact is i have 2.3GHZ which should be fine, unless bus speed is to low. Then again I'm still thinking why that would effect why i can't start a new game, blackscreen. I'm also started thinking STEAM is very unreliable and i would have a better chance getting the CD instead of pay 40.00 for a game that delivers from internet. If you have any idea of fixing this, please tell me. Nothing to do with Drivers, or BIOS.
