How do you plan on handling a clan project?

Scoping out peoples main skills, and then applying them to the correct job.
For example, if someone is very skilled in bot events, then they would be the right person to pick if the clan project needed some sort of Ai player.
If a clan project does come up, I'll normally have a password-ed dedicated server up 24/7, or at least up most of the day.
