XP professional themes not working??!

I patched my sisters xp professional  theme thing so she can use special themes. But when I double click the theme like I do on my computer it just pops up the right click>properties window and it doesn't have the theme. It just has the Wxp theme and stuff not the special theme. What do I do now? BTW its running SP3 and the themes dont come with folders to put in a windows folder or anything. Its just the msstyle files.

Windows XP themes are not something that are so important that they need so many god damned topics about it.
In fact, they aren't useful and are for an outdated Operating System.
