I wanna know the "scientific".... or "ingredient" name for alcohol. I wanna know if the new energy drink I found at the gas station this evening has alcohol in it. =P

it's called alcohol.
energy drinks don't contain it.

Scientific name of alcohol is Ethanol.
You have methanol too, they put that in Spirits the stuff you clean stuff with to keep you from drinking it.
