90's Kids is just a normal clan created by Sapient. You are encouraged to join when you are born in the range of 1990-1999, yet its not entirely required, but encouraged. I only volunteered to make a better layout. :D Really the meaning of this clan is just to have fun. Surely Sapient will have me change this :P
