You shared it with your friends, admitted to it, and had it proven using master server data. That is enough to have your key revoked. Furthermore, that quote does not show Badspot promising anything, and obviously he does not intend to give you a new key. Either sue him (look out, he has a very good internet lawyer) or just buy the game again and don't screw it up this time.
