No. It's a one-time buy. Hold on to your key and authentication code and you shouldn't have to buy it again unless you want to.

Yeah, this would probably be the only reason you'd need to repurchase the game. Badspot deactivates keys that are being used back and forth.

Unless you lose your key, and the password to the email address you used to buy the game, and possibly the answer to a recovery question for the email, and Badspot is unwilling to help you.

So yeah, it's pretty much a one time payment.
