My Cursor Won't Move

Uh, yeah, I'm on the computer right now and the cursor on the screen won't move. I'm navigating through everything with the keyboard right now, which I didn't think would be so easy, but a mouse would be nice to be able to use.

I restarted my computer, unplugged and replugged the USB, shook it, switched batteries, and nothing. It's not the wireless receiver because my keyboard works fine.

Does anyone know what I can do?
