He is taking some one else's work, but he's not stealing.

People only save if they like your work. Unless he claims it's his, it isnt stealing.

It's not stealing until he starts a server and claims it is his, or he post it claiming its his.

1. He probably saved it so he could load it and admin ball around the things he was too lazy/noobish to pass.

2. If you are that worried that he will claim it as his, that tells me you are proud of the build. If you are proud of it, why not take some nice screenshots and type a little blurb and post it in the gallery? That way if it ever shows up anywhere else people will know its yours.

People save other peoples builds all the time. Some announce it, others don't. Those who announce it, get a worthless drama topic.

If you are so afraid of people saving your builds and screwing them up, do not build on an internet server. Otherwise, you set yourself up for it and therefore should suck it up.
