I though I saw that the vehicle events were unfailed, somewhere, because whoever failed it got a lot of greif for it. Where can I find those events, if they exist in a non-failed version?

Theres a reason they were failed.

I know that. They ran a check at a certain interval and caused a very acute amount of lag on crappy computers.

The Add-On ran constant schedules which is not a good way to determine if something is being collided by another object. Not only did it cause latency issues, but it was inconsistent.

The Add-On was not "un-failed" and will remain hidden to users. Until an engine change is made, this feature is not possible.
