This GUI lets you make weather! Set the wind speed, pressure, precipitation, temperature, and much much more! If you don't want to waste time, pick a preset!

Yeah, but it would be a good idea. I play imagination games outside, like imagining I am a blocklander and so on...I imagined this outside!

So you could make snow, or make a high pressure zone and low pressure zone to make wind!

Theres only a wind setting in the sky category, there is no difference of wind in different areas

You cant, unless you can reprogram BL's engine to do such a thing, in other words, you cant.
