mine works everywhere but in blockland, same with the = sign and the " key, and my right shift stops working after a while, which is odd

No, there are others who can use capitals.
I have to use shift or nothing whilst I'm on blockland, which is annoying because I usually use Caps lock.

haha, i just normaly use shift, the right one... but since that breaks after a while in BL with " and =, it's a major pain, and why can't i use my ~ ingame at all i wonder
