How do I film with USB? Vivacam 5022 Vivatar(I cant find help on their site)

My little sister has a Vivatar Vivicam 5022, I try putting it in a USB to film but all I see on the camera is "USB" and the little USB hooky sign thing. I cant seem to record stuff on USB compatible devices(TV?). How do I use the camera to take pics/record video of tvs/etc.? Can I just use the USB or do I need some other thing to record video of TV/etc.?

Is this a known feature of the Vivacam? Or are you just saying "Is this possible?"
I'm sure the thing came with a manual.
