All textures are blurry

I'm getting tired of this. All textures (Skyboxes, shirts, faces, plain textures, ect.) are always blury. I just wanna see everything normally. Could someone please help me?

Go into your Options sections. Set everything to "High"

Nothing happened even when I set everything to "Best". Do I have to restart Blockland?
