Any descent milkshape Tutorials?

I want to see another Milkshape 3d tutorial, on how to model. Scripting is just fine I can figure that part out. But I just need to be able to know how to model. All the tutorials are either written by apocalyptic imbeciles. Or are like 10 years out of date. I found a descent one. Alas' it was in german. So gimme a link to one or if you would be so kind give me lessons. If you would, cookies are available and there is a LIMITED EDITION COOKIE MONSTER FUZZEH THING!!!
