At 3.2 Ghz, a stock cooler would keep an i7 920 well within acceptable temperature margins.

I have an AMD Phenom II X3 2.8 GHz and it's overclockable. It stays fairly cool with this big-donkey CPU heatsink/fan I got on it by zerotherm.
