Will my key will get Deactivated if i use it on my new PC?

That's unlikely, if you're using the same network for both of the computers.

No; you are using it yourself, not sharing it with someone else. I will also assume you are not changing networks so your external IP will probably remain the same and Badspot allows the use of the same key being used over the same LAN.

A key will only get deactivated if there is irrefutable evidence that it is being shared between multiple people in different households. Don't worry about this unless you are actually sharing your key.
