This guy:

Is it safe to use with stock cooling? Is it considered real overclocking? How much will it increase performance in-game? (All I can really do is increase the GPU clock from 600MHz to 680MHz.)

Overclocking that won't really improve it that much. I wouldn't bother.

Agreed. And be sure to do the test custom clocks to keep from loving your card over.
