Server, Not going into top of list, but going into the DEAD part

I've read everything on this site. but, its not the problem.

DEAD i thought meant as "1 Player"

But, i hosted my game on "Internet" And still going into DEAD servers.

ANY HELP?

You need to forward your ports in order to host 'Internet' games. Badspot already made a topic about how to port forward here.
