Please tell me how to get mission editor!

In windows, Right click a Blockland Shortcut, go to the end of where it says "Target:", and type outside of the quotation marks ("s):
 -mod editor
Then, go into Single-Player, LAN, or Internet, and start workin'.

Where is the part where it says "Target:"?

I don't know what to change IN target... i type mod editor outside the quotes? What? this is confusing.. i need a more specific instruction.

I use XP and they have quotes, and i had to download them to "My pictures". Just to download blockland... So what do i do? it says its not valid. Did i put the mission editor file in the wrong place? What? Oh my gosh, i need help.

Or if you happen to have a mac use Ctrl-M. You don't need to do the whole properties thing. Its built in!   Also if F11 doesn't work just use Ctrl-M too. Works with me all the time.
