Action replay problems

Ok so i bought an action replay DSi. I use it on my DS i dont know if that realy matters. Ok well my friend asked to use it. So i let him and i loaded the max cash, full pokedex, and the all items. My nmae in the game is Mo but when i used the code it turned my friendsname to Mo also. It was JB befor. WHat hapened. The name thing really bumbed oit my friend. So what went wrong with that? Ok well thanks for reading. Buh-byez

Solution anyways: the person that uploaded the cheat to action replay accidentally made it so it changed any name to theirs. Go whine to them.
