When ever I boot up my laptop and I click anywhere on the desktop my mouse turns to an hourglass and it never goes off. The computer just freezes I guess... All my icons and the taskbar boots up but not all the icons in the right part of the taskbar pop up.
No clue whats wrong but if this has happened to you before please tell me what to do.
