Shooting Players in the same Vehicle

In several DM's, if someone jumps in my vehicle, there's nothing that I can do to get rid of them. Is there a way to be able to shoot players using the same vehicle as you?

If not, what about Team Vehicles?

but doesn't that hit the vehicle most of the time? I find that using one of those to try to kill someone in my vehicle results in an exploding jeep

in a tdm some guy on the other team was in a tank, and i jumped in (team vehicles were on) then i switched to turret, shot the ground and it didn't work, then i took out a gun and kept pulling it out and shooting the driver :3

I'm sure I remember using that technique on you once or twice in some 'sniper fight' server. Hijacking planes with the .880 rifle as everyone else can't hit you or doesn't know how is fun.

It depends if your weapon is a instant hit or raycastig based weapon.
