I found a Satellite laptop for about 875$. Here are the details:

Will this run TF2? If so, on what settings?

My Graphics Card is ATI Radeon HD 4850 With shader model 4.1.
Get this and your set for some massive fun.
Take Arma 2 for example you'll be able to run it on Medium with nearly NO LAG at all.
NOTE GAMES ARE NOW 3.0 SHADER MODEL REQUIRED
(Not many but proberly the newest ones. Aka 2009+)
Now if im correct you should aim for a Decent Computer that has a ATI Radeon HD4800 Series.
