More customization, a better story, characters that are unique to the game's universe, awesome story, awesome campaign, and so much more like better controls and handling, you go much faster too. Did I mention that it had a good story?
Wipeout has no story, it's purely for the entertainment.
Wipeout has Ships, not characters.
Wipeout has a Campaign.
Wipeout has at least 20x better handling.
Wipeout goes at LEAST 10 times faster than any game in the F-Zero series.
Stories are for cigarettes who are too lazy to read books or watch movies.
In other words, before you criticize what you do not know, make sure you read up on your facts because about 100% of what you said was not true. I played both of the game series since childhood and still do today, and I prefer Wipeout over F-Zero. Next time make sure you've tried both items before you compare them to each-other, ass for brains.
Edit: About the speed - You can customize what speed / difficulty setting you want to race in. Please stop making yourself look stupid.
..And I swear to god, if you compare a 1080p HD PS3-Processed game's graphics to anything in F-Zero's field, I'm going to roosterslap you across your face.
