It's a better alternative to not having all these great add-ons on RTB who's original makers no longer play Blockland. A lot of the time when people submit other people's add-ons, it'll be something simple like sounds, colorsets, decals or prints which don't need maintaining at all.
In the event that someone submits an add-on they can't fix/maintain we usually fail it.
