Blockland fuzzy on 32" vizio tv

So i just installed my new TV and it runs fine connected to my computer but when i change the resolution to something that it can withold the screen is really fuzzy and starts to hurt my eyes.

Are you connecting it with an s-video cable (round connector) or an hdmi cable (flat-ish connector)?
