So I Was Lurking Around The RTB Archives

I suddenly came across these two weapons: The Musket, and the F-22 Pistol.
Does anyone know who made these weapons?

I'm on a laptop computer with a wireless network that blocked the RTB Archives. Maybe later when I get home.
