Punch Packet

When I start my dedicated server and try to connect to it, it says Sending Punch Packet... over and over again. When I start the server it does something wierd in the Initilizing UPnP part. I have posted a consle log with this if anyone wants to take a look at it.

I do have my firewall disabled.

Change that.
Increase it, Decrease it I don't care just do it.
