You have to enable UPnP in your router or port forward.
Either one.

That looks like your problem, seems like UPnP might not actually be enabled; check your settings of the router.
The following 2 add-ons should/can be deleted:

When connecting to a dedicated server which is hosted on your own computer, you need to use the "query LAN" option, rather than internet.
If this does not work, you will need to change the UPnP settings on your router.
