How exactly does this "Return To Blockland" thing work?

Im confused, I thought it was a plugin that manages your server with addons and chat. But then I think I saw a video and RTB is a seprate game. Is it just an addon? (BEcause the one I downloaded was just System_ReturnToBlockland). :panda:

Put it in the addons folder and it only works if you bought the game.

You're confused with the old RTB and the new, the old one was a mod that changed almost the whole game.
And the new is just what you though it is.
