enternet explorer saving problem

every time i click save my file download thing just keeps having that document flying over to thefolder it never stops so i cant save the file to my addons because of that if u know how to fix it id be very thankful for ur help.

also, that is odd, does that happen when you try to DL anything to anywhere?
