Critical hit icon

Joker Card:

Just like the Critical Hit icon used in the TF2 weapons, except this one it for all weapons. Like a server side add-on. Headshots activate it.

Not all weapons have headshot support

Regulith:

This already exists, and comes with a handful of weapons mainly made by Space Guy.
