Rotondo's Zom Mod: Not respawning instantly? Is that bad?

I was only mentioning vehicle limits due to the fact that this exact problem was happening to me, but it was due to my limit being a bit too low.

for vehicles and bots its 9999. i use 9999999999 for bricks and everything else

I thought if it went over 5000 or something it reverted back to '5'.
