Ok you've got me there. But it could be like oe of those cameras that you push the ends together to take pictures without flash, they're like the length of a mini ballpoint pen and really easily hidden. They zoom too.
The pictures are submitted by random people.
They're not using any special camera, most likely just their cell phones.
It's not like they have to be especially secret when taking pictures around Walmart.
