Get a Windows installation disc or any other Operating System.

Format EVERYTHING. Don't do a quickie format. Format the forgetin' thing to hell's end. Delete the partition and make a new one.

If it's running a recent OS, you could do a system restore or restore a backup CD that probably came with the computer.

It should've come with one.

some computers an "Ultimate Kleen-up" utility in the bios that takes out everything except the OS. Don't count on it though.

If you bought it new and never got a disc you may be able to get from the manufacturer.

Easy. Go into Control Panel, then Programs, and uninstall everything. Shouldn't take long. :)
